The Mossos d'Esquadra have developed a specific program for educational institutions with the goal of ensuring the safety of the educational community by preventing, identifying, and reducing criminal activities, as well as improving the perception of security.
Furthermore, they promote internet safety and organize various training and prevention activities, as in the case of Xaloc. The Internet Safe Action Plan implemented in educational institutions promotes and collaborates in internet safety, especially for minors and teenagers.
Within this plan, the "Internet Safe One-on-One" project directly involves childrens. The 5th-grade students received a lecture on internet and social media usage, cyberbullying, and scams.
