This Thursday, March 13, 2nd-year Baccalaureate students had the opportunity to learn first-hand how to effectively approach a job interview. Héctor Vilaseca, a recruitment expert at Page Personnel and father of an I5 student from Avantis, gave a talk in which he unveiled key strategies to make a positive impression and increase the chances of success in any selection process. 

During the session, Vilaseca explained the importance of prior preparation, body language, and the best way to answer difficult questions. He also delved into the structure of a strong résumé, highlighting what information to include, how to present it clearly and attractively, and which mistakes to avoid to capture recruitersattention. Additionally, he pointed out the most common mistakes in selection processes and provided practical advice on how to handle them with confidence and security.
