Xaloc opens its doors at the II PYP Coordinators Meeting of Catalonia and Andorra

A very interesting gathering to share insights and further develop the PYP in classrooms. This initiative is crucial for teachers to continue training in the IB methodology, a program of academic excellence

On Friday we had the great privilege of working with Schools and Coordinators from across Catalunya and also Andorra, to share stories and deepen understanding about the PYP Graduation Project known as The Exhibition.

Exploring the process first, important goals to be kept in view were highlighted, along with ways to help students know more about how to navigate this journey for themselves.

This led to conversations about Action, which is the moment when students do something more or different towards positive changes for themselves and the world around them.

Assessment was the focus for the final thinking of the sessions, with individual, peer, formative and summative possibilities being shared. 

With the Xaloc Exhibition on June the 14^th, there are exciting days ahead and some incredible opportunities for students and teachers to work together, to change the world!
