We celebrate Sant Jordi with a day full of cultural activities

This Friday we celebrated the feast of Saint George at Xaloc and we did it with a day full of cultural activities.
Primary school classes went to the auditorium to collect their awards from the Literary Contest. In the drawing category, the prizes were distributed thanks to the Xaloc AMPA and the rest were a magnificent gift from the Garbí bookstore. Thank you so much!
On a day like Sant George, book stalls cannot be missing. We had the invaluable help of 1st-year high school volunteers who made it possible for all school students to buy stories and novels.
5th and 6th-grade primary school students performed different traditional tales to the younger ones in the school, and all the classes had hot chocolate and sponge cake for a mid-morning snack.
On the other hand, PAI 2 students celebrated Saint George with an escape room about Greece: The Stolen Flame. This year we collaborated again with the ALPI Association and sold handmade products to raise funds for the association.
We enjoyed a very special day packed with culture and outdoor activities! Long live Saint George and a very good party to everyone!"
