Supergrandparents also read and encourage reading in the little ones

Accompanied by the eldest members of the family, the 2nd-grade Primary students share a story with their friends

The activity, designed by the Library coordinator, aims to bring reading closer to the First Cycle of Primary. How do they do it? Grandparents are invited to the school to read a story to their grandchildren's class. But not only that, they choose the book and prepare an activity to do together. The most important thing is not what we do, but sharing and enjoying a reading time with the students.
Susana Xicola, Roc's grandmother, a 2nd-grade student in class 2A, read "La iac més petita" and accompanied it with photos and her stage setting. Susi is already retired, but she used to be a Primary school teacher, and the kids enjoyed her company very much.
