ESCOLA CONCERTADA per la Generalitat de Catalunya
Last Friday, we welcomed the I5 students from Avantis to Xaloc. The day began with a delicious breakfast of hot chocolate and melindros (Spanish biscuits) in the school cafeteria, a special moment to make the children feel welcomed and prepared for a day full of new experiences and learning.
After breakfast, the students participated in three workshops designed to stimulate their creativity and skills: robotics, sports, and reading. In robotics, they had their first contact with programming, sparking their curiosity about technology. In sports, they enjoyed games that encouraged teamwork and fun. In the library, they had a storytelling session and designed personalized keychains, taking home a lovely souvenir from their visit.
It is worth highlighting the collaboration of the Sixth Grade and PAI 5 students, who played a key role as volunteers, assisting the younger ones in each activity and ensuring that the day ran smoothly and was enjoyable.
In their final year at school, and amidst a challenging academic year full of exams, 40 senior high school students took advantage of this skiing trip as a moment of disconnection and camaraderie.
