DUAL PROFESSIONAL TRAINING
Dual Vocational Training, or also known as Dual Training, Training in Alternation or FP Dual, is a European educational model (it is already implanted in Germany, Switzerland, Denmark and Austria) that allows combining learning in a company with training academic. This makes the growth of the student at a professional level faster, more flexible and complete, while the company can participate in the student's education, adapting it to their business needs.
The duration of a Formative Cycle in dual mode is two years. In the first year, one goes to class and learns the training base of the chosen specialty. During the second year, the student will go to work in a company in the sector, while learning in the center continues. The dual FP is not simply to do some practices, since during these months in the company, the student receives a subsidy in the form of a fixed salary and will have high social security, as if it were a paid job.
